The Shenling Gaozhou Base covers an area of approximately 87,800㎡with a total construction area of about 68,300㎡. It mainly consists of R&D buildings, manufacturing factories, encompassing functions such as scientific research, intelligent manufacturing, and living support facilities, etc.

The base is primarily responsible for the R&D, as well as the manufacturing of specialized ventilation and AC systems for nuclear power plants, VOCs control, fuel recovery equipment, and high-end environmental control products for hospitals or large public buildings.
Upon completion and reaching full production, it is anticipated to have an annual output value of over 1 billion RMB, positioning it as a model factory in high-end manufacturing and a benchmark enterprise in the industry.
