In early May, Shenling successfully brought into operation the first batch of its new Pre-Conditioned Air (PCA) Units at Terminal T2 of Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport. These PCA units are now efficiently and reliably serving the C919 aircraft, a China’s domestically developed commercial jetliner.

The C919 is a narrow-body, twin-engine aircraft developed by the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC). Designed for short- to medium-haul routes, it accommodates 158 to 192 passengers and offers a range of 4,075 to 5,555 km. The first production model was delivered to China Eastern Airlines on December 9, 2022, and entered commercial service on May 28, 2023.
