Polestar Cold Climate Air to Water Heat Pump – Beyond China’s national energy efficiency Class-I
Polestar INV series cold climate air source heat pump uses R410A environment-friendly refrigerant.
lPLV is as high as 4.50, exceeding China’s national energy efficiency Class-l by 12.5%.

● A heat exchanger with exceptional efficiency:
This heat exchanger incorporates larger ventilation, internally threaded tubes, and enhanced heat exchange capabilities, resulting in remarkable efficiency. It employs advanced corrugated aluminum fin technology, reducing cuts, minimizing corrosion and dust accumulation, and extending its service life cycle.
● An efficient hermetic compressor with high performance:
Renowned for its efficiency, this hermetic compressor utilizes scroll axial and radial flexible technology, ensuring reliability and optimal performance. It includes a check valve for enhanced safety, boasts an ultra-large capacity, excellent resistance to liquid impact, and a prolonged service life.
● An axial aluminum alloy fan designed for low noise:
Crafted from aluminum alloy, this integrated axial flow fan is engineered to operate quietly while generating a large air volume. Its aerodynamic design and specially designed blades with toothed edges effectively control air turbulence, reducing cyclone effects and minimizing wind noise.
● A water-side heat exchanger with superior efficiency:
This water-side heat exchanger employs a vacuum brazed plate structure made of stainless steel. Its double system cross diagonal flow design ensures sufficient and highly efficient heat exchange.
● A high-precision throttling mechanism:
Featuring a high-quality 480-class double electronic expansion valve, this throttling component offers a wide regulation range. It dynamically and accurately matches the actual load demand, providing faster control speed and precise precision.
● A Y-type water filter for enhanced system reliability:
Equipped with a 20-mesh screen, this Y-type water filter prevents impurities from entering the system, safeguarding its performance and reliability. Additionally, it facilitates easy cleaning of the water system for uninterrupted operation.
Adaptive Requirements
DC inverter compression of Polestar heat pumps in cold climates can adjust the operating frequency according to the actual load demand of the building to reduce energy consumption. Through frequency stepless adjustment, it can stabilize the outlet water temperature and keep a more stable indoor temperature.
Intelligent distribution and efficient operation
The best heat pump for cold climates carries out the capacity calculation and makes the optimal allocation according to the terminal load demand so that each unit can be operated in the high-efficiency area to reduce the loss during full-load operation which is efficient and can save energy.
Low-noise components and safe control of air source heat pumps in cold climates are adopted to optimize the structure of the unit and realize the low-noise operation of the cold climate air source heat pump. In the mute mode, the noise can be reduced by 6~10dB(A), providing customers with a high-quality experience.
