The working principle of split heat pump water heater systems is exactly the same as that of monobloc heat pump system appliances. The notable difference is that the refrigerant circuit is divided into a compact indoor unit and an outdoor unit. They often also already contain a buffer cylinder for DHW heating or central heating backup.

Equipped with direct currency inverter compressor with a wide working frequency range, an electronic expansion valve adjusting various loads and flows with higher precision, steplessly control experience effected by direct currency frequency conversion fan, a direct currency frequency conversion water pump circulation, and a plate heating exchanger with higher efficiency and smaller volume.
The split heat pump water heater’s pressure distribution at trailing edge of the blade is changed by trailing edge notch pattern, the wake shedding vortex dimension is minimized by the Suction surface concave design, and the thickening edge setting strength the blade.

The timer runs according to the mode and temperature setting after the mini split heat pump system is on.

Most of the key components of refrigerant circulation and water pipeline are pre-installed in ThemaX dual zone mini split heat pump, enabling installers can take an easy installation way.

One controller can connect up to 6 units in group in modular combination. Among modules, electrodeless communication is acceptable, and ThermaX 2 zone mini split heat pump detects signal and shift into internal recognition automatically.
Combining with AHS, DHW temperature is adjusted within 20~75℃， 50℃ default.
To limit the max access current and enable the split heat pump to become suitable for a variety of current supplies, the power limitation is designed.
The drying up mode is applied on newly installed floor loops before the initial heating and the pr-heating mode is designed for the 1st heating of a new seasonal heating for floor protection.
Heating mode and/or DHW mode with low water temp is set to work on mini split heat pump system. Preventing water from freezing during vacations outside in winter, this mode can be set by user before they depart to home to ensure germ free water is available when they are home.
To balance the running time of various modules, ThermaX split heat pump detects the running time on every modules during startup and starts the modules from the one in the minimum running time to the one in the maximum as per the capacity demand.
