Smooth and Clean Inner Wall of the Unit

The high-pressure polyurethane insulating layer is adopted between the two layers of panels, resulting in the heat conductivity coefficient of less than 0.0195W/m’C, cold bridge factor reaching TB2 level of EN 180 standards, which eradicates the colubrid concisely and effectively. The four sides of the metal steel plates in the outer wall are embedded into the special slots made of aluminum material; the corners of the sheet metal parts are filled with and sealed by the polyurethane foaming material completely, isolated from the air and moisture, which eradicates the source of rust.
Configuration of Basic Leveling Device
The unit base combined with more than two functional sections is provided with the basic leveling device. Before the connection of the two casings (functional sections), the horizontal positions of the casings can be adjusted to achieve a seamless joint of the casings.

Dense-fold type sub-high-efficiency filter

Fan

According to different requirements in air flow rate and static pressure, different types of fans can be selected including backward inclined type, front inclined type, and non-volute type.
The backward inclined double-inlet centrifugal fan with low noise is applicable to the air-conditioning system in high static pressure and low airflow rate particularly.
The front inclined double-inlet centrifugal fan with low noise is applicable to the air-conditioning system with low static pressure and high airflow rate.
The non-volute fan is equipped with the motor in direct connection with no belt scrape produced from the belt drive. applicable to the cleaning air-conditioning system particularly.

Motor and Frequency Converter

Muffer

Flow Rectifler
The distrlbuton of the stream scattering holes of the flow rectifers adopts the non-isometric design with the four dimenslonal stream scattering channels together so that there is large scattering scope and good effect.

Heat exchanger coil
