Centrel-station air handling units are assembled by the panels with concave-convex caulking grooves through the fold-buckling technology directly. Each panel has concave-convex caulking grooves distributed scientifically and reasonably on the four sides, which can lead to the assembly and make the higher mechanical strength of the complete machine as well. The unit adopts unique aluminum plastic materials in integrated modeling. contributing to the air leakage rate of less than 0.1% and the performance higher than that of national standard and industry advanced level.
Shenling centra-station air handling units have outer frames in unique panel structures and embedded metal inner frames n harmonious match. The outer frames in the unique panel structure lock and fix the high-intensity casing with the concave-convex caulking grooves, bots, and nuts; the embedded metal inner frames can guarantee the mechanical strength of the ac air handler unit well.
Shenling central-station air handing units adopt the unique sef-locking technology (with the patent number being201210391950.2) in the joints of the four corners of the configured panels, achieving the precise joint. With the sand-surface oxidation treatment, the aluminum material of the panel frame is featured by slipperiness and smoothness; the colors of the steel panel and aluminum material match with each other, making a clear, smooth, and harmonious visual effect of the unit.
Shenling centra-station air handling units have neat inner structures. The panels have the functions of heat preservation and seal, which avoids heat preservation strips, sealing strips, and various parts and accessories being stuck to the inner wall of the casing, being the optimal choice for the purifying air-conditioner and lAQ air-conditioner arbitrarily. The standard configuration of the inner wall is galvanized steel! plates, and colored steel plates or stainless steel plates are available.
The metal steel plates in the inner wall of the casing of the ZK series central-station ahu air handling units are isolated from those in the outer wall through polyurethane foaming and integrated shaped aluminum plastic material with a patented design completely, avoiding the heat preservation cotton being stuck to the inner wall of the ordinary air handing unit. The high-pressure polyurethane insulating layer is adopted between the two layers of panels, resulting in the heat conductivity coefficient of less than 0.0195W/m’C, cold bridge factor reaching TB2 level of EN 180 standards, which eradicates the colubrid concisely and effectively. The four sides of the metal steel plates in the outer wall are embedded into the special slots made of aluminum material; the corners of the sheet metal parts are filled with and sealed by the polyurethane foaming material completely, isolated from the air and moisture, which eradicates the source of rust.
The unit base combined with more than two functional sections is provided with the basic leveling device. Before the connection of the two casings (functional sections), the horizontal positions of the casings can be adjusted to achieve a seamless joint of the casings.

It adopts the glass fiber filter paper or superfine polypropylene filter paper as the filtering material with the selectable filtering efficiency being H9 – H11, and t has a large flooring scale and low resistance with the initial resistance of less than 150Pa;t adopts the environment-friendly plastic in high strength for the outer frames with the new polyurethane sealant for sealing. which can be incinerated in an environment-protection way without toxicity and smell, easy to abandon and disposal, which meets the environmental requirements for the construction standards of an operating room.
