- The Shenling SKY-AMECOL Data Center Liquid Cooling System offers high-efficiency thermal management designed for high-density computing environments. Utilizing advanced liquid cooling technologies such as cold plate and immersion solutions, it ensures superior heat dissipation, reduced energy consumption, and optimal reliability. Ideal for AI workloads, cloud infrastructure, and edge data centers, Shenling’s system supports scalable deployment while maintaining low PUE and stable operation under demanding conditions.
- The system consists of a heat dissipation cold source, a coolant distribution unit (ACM-CDU), an intelligent control system, a prefabricated transmission pipe network, and a distribution pipeline (Manifold). It provides a large temperature differential and a compression-free natural cooling architecture for dissipating heat generated by IT equipment in the data center. It is suitable for heat dissipation scenarios such as cold plate liquid-cooled servers and immersion cooling pools/cabinets. Its performance is minimally affected by project location, enabling data centers to achieve a PUE of ≤1.15.
- Shenling Immersion Liquid Cooling System
- It’s an advanced cooling technology in which IT equipment (like servers) is fully submerged in a thermally conductive, electrically non-conductive liquid (called dielectric fluid) to directly absorb and dissipate heat.
- How It Works:
- 1. Servers are submerged in a sealed tank filled with dielectric fluid
- 2. The fluid absorbs heat directly from server components (CPU, GPU, memory, etc.)
- 3. The heated liquid is circulated and cooled via CDU
- 4. Cooled fluid returns, repeating the cycle continuously
