- The Shenling aircraft PCA air duct is compact, insulated, and designed for flexible delivery of both heating and cooling. It features abrasion-resistant scuff strips for enhanced durability and extended service life. When not in use, the duct can be flattened and rolled for efficient, space-saving storage.

- The patented design significantly reduces energy loss during air delivery, featuring an ultra-low thermal loss rate that ensures minimal temperature drop across the length of the duct. For example, with a 25m duct, traditional designs can experience air leakage rates as high as 15-20% and cooling losses of 7-8°C. In contrast, Shenling’s patented duct technology reduces air leakage rate to less than 0.1% and lowers cooling loss rate from 0.3°C/m to just 0.05°C/m. This significant improvement helps maintain optimal cabin conditions, maximizes the energy efficiency of the PCA system, and delivers long-term cost savings for airport operations.
