Congratulations to Mr. Yingqi Cui, Chairman of the Board in Shenling, for being awarded the “The Most Influential Figures of Charity in 2023”!
The annual ceremony for The Most Influential Figures of Charity in 2023 took place on the afternoon of February 24th, 2023, at Foshan City Hall. This activity selects the typical representatives of the year with the most positive energy and charitable influence through public participation, professional selection, and departmental review.

As the chairman of Shenling, Mr. Cui has dedicated himself to the advancement of public welfare and charitable work in the Foshan Chencun Town over the years. Since 2018, Mr. Cui has been the President of Foshan Chencun Charity Association. During this period, he successfully organized a few important meetings and led the Association in a well-organized manner. In total, Mr. Cui has raised 149.35 million RMB in revenue and 142.94 million RMB in expenses during his tenure.
Additionally, Mr. Cui has been actively supporting a number of charitable endeavors, concentrating on the work strategy of “Socialization, Branding, and Informationization” to support the growth of regional charitable organizations. For instance, the local community has successfully organized the Foshan Chencun Charity Association Charity Complex, Chencun Charitable Food, Soul Charity Station, and Charity Supermarket.
In 2018-2019, Mr. Cui successfully established the Zhuzi Cultural Education Public Welfare Charity Fund and the Shenling Public Welfare Charity Fund of the Foshan Chencun Charity Association. These cover a range of charitable purposes, including social welfare programs, medical care, disabled individuals, orphans, the elderly, and the impoverished.
From 2018 to 2023, Mr. Cui donated a total of 11,767,900 RMB to the Foshan Chencun Charity Association and funded 56 projects in various aspects of public welfare and charity, such as education, rural revitalization, and scholarships for teaching and learning.
In 2023, Mr. Cui donated a total of 1,275,000 RMB to the Chencun Charity Association to carry out 16 projects of public welfare activities. These charitable funds are used to support various charitable projects, such as the rural revitalization project and scholarships for teachers.
Mr. Cui not only makes every effort to participate in public welfare and charity, but he actively mobilizes various entrepreneurs and enthusiasts to donate funds to help more people. Importantly, he has been infecting more citizens with his positive power to participate in public welfare endeavors. In the future, Foshan Chencun will become even better as a result of this goodwill!
